  • Exfoliate your lips with a lip scrub or a soft-bristled toothbrush before applying NIOR-NO TRANSFER MATTE LIPSTICK. It helps the Matte lipstick to go on smoothly on your lips.
  • Apply a lip balm or petroleum jelly to your lips before putting on NIOR-NO TRANSFER MATTE LIPSTICK to keep them from drying out. It also makes sure the color stays on all day.
  • Press down on the tissue in the middle of the lips to remove any excess color.
  • Choose your desired NIOR-NO TRANSFER MATTE LIPSTICK shades. One even coat is enough, but if you want a deeper version of that shade, repeat two or three times more.
  • Matte can be made shiny by putting gloss over it. To define your top and lower lip, highlight the middle of your lower lip.
